Should I bring cash to a reptile expo? ›

Cash is king at reptile expos; not every vendor is going to have the capacity to accept credit cards or mobile payments. Bring cash, ideally in a range of bill types so you can make exact change when possible. At the same time, be aware that if you have the cash, you'll probably spend it.

HERPS Exotic Reptile & Pet Shows are one of the largest reptile expos in the United States. We bring a large selection of reptiles, amphibians, inverts, feeders, supplies, and more to the public.

These shows are open to the public, with or without a fee; they are not licensed pet stores but they make the animals available for public display to be sold, bought, or traded. At any of these expos, the public can see various types of rare animals like rare snakes, lizards, tarantulas, turtles, and more.

When you come to one of our local events, you can expect to have access to a wide variety of different reptile and amphibian breeders, who specialize in many popular species like corn snakes, ball pythons, chameleons, frogs, turtles and more.
